It therefore processes the personal data of persons (hereinafter referred to as: The Data subject) who visit the www.szigmax.hu website (hereinafter referred to as: Website) and who provide data in connection with the use of the services available on the website in accordance with this privacy notice (hereinafter referred to as: Notice).

1.    Definition of personal data
The Data Controller defines personal data (hereinafter referred to as: personal data) pursuant to Section 2 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as: Information Act) 3. –

Automatically collected non-personal data

During the visit of the Website, the Data Controller may also access information automatically, i.e. not by registration. In particular, this includes the date and time of the visit, the IP address of the computer of the Data subject, the type of browser, the address of the website visited and the previously visited website.

When visiting the Website, so-called “cookies” may be placed on the computer of the Data subject, provided that this has been authorised by the latter. The Data subject can prevent or delete this option by setting the browser.

The data recorded automatically shall be logged by the system upon logging in and logging out without the separate consent or action on behalf of the Data subject. This data cannot be linked to other Personal Data, except where required by law.

2. Principles and purposes of data processing
In all cases, the Data Controller shall process the data obtained by accessing or visiting the Website in accordance with the applicable data protection rules.

When processing and handling personal data, the Data Controller shall comply with the following principles:

• he or she shall process personal data only with the consent of the Data Subject or on the basis of a legal authorisation,
• he or she shall use the personal data obtained only for the purpose for which it was collected,
• he or she only process data which is necessary and appropriate for the purposes for which it is collected,
• in any case, he or she shall inform the Data Subjects of the purposes, means and duration of the processing and of the parties involved in the processing,
• he or she shall only transfer personal data to third parties with the consent of the Data subject or on the basis of a legal obligation,
• he or she shall take all necessary measures to protect the data and prevent unauthorised access; and
• he or she shall act in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
The Data Controller processes Personal Data in order to provide its services through the Website, and does not collect any personal data that the Data Subject has not voluntarily provided, such as registration, contact, application, notification, etc.

​3. Legal basis for processing​
Data is processed by the Data Controller 5. on the basis of the Data Subject’s voluntary consent pursuant to Article (1) a) of the Information Act. The Data Controller shall process the Data Subject’s data related to the Service only during the use of certain services of the Website, based on the Data Subject’s explicit consent. By using the Services, the Data Subject gives explicit consent to the processing of personal data (implicitly accepts).  This consent can be withdrawn at any time. By completing and submitting the registration form, the Data Subject, when applying for the job advertisements of Szigma-X Ltd. published on the Website, also gives consent to the processing of Personal Data provided on the registration form for the purpose of recruitment.

5. Duration of processing
The processing of data related to the Service shall be a period of 6 months starting from the date of the Data Subject’s recording of the data. Non-personal data collected automatically will be stored by the system for 72 hours starting from the date of the last visit, except for the date of the last visit, which will be automatically overwritten.

6. Data processing​
During the processing of Personal Data, the Data Processor shall only perform the technical tasks related to the processing operations, and shall only transfer the Personal Data to the Data Controller after the processing is completed.

7. Rights and legal remedies of the Data Subject​
The Data Subject – pursuant to the Information Act – has the right to request at any time information about his or her Personal Data processed by the Data Controller, to request the deletion or correction of his or her Personal Data, and to object to the processing of his or her Personal Data. The Data Controller shall handle such requests or objections to processing in accordance with the law.

Other legal remedies​
Pursuant to the Information Act and the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), the Data Subject may apply to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.; www.naih.hu) or may assert rights before the court having jurisdiction.​

9. Data security​
The Data Controller shall ensure the security of Personal Data and shall take technical measures to ensure that the Personal Data processed are protected against unauthorised access, destruction, modification or use. It shall inform any third party to whom it may transfer or disclose the Personal Data of its obligations in this regard.

10. Other provisions​
The Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Notice by publishing it on the Website. After the amendment has entered into force, the Data Subject will accept the amended Privacy Notice by using the Website and by accepting the amended Privacy Notice.
